This convention takes place towards the ending of the basic training program in the atmosphere of the desert in a youth village in Nitzana. The air is fresh and clear, the wilderness and the vision of Nitzana founders provide inspiration and enable a thorough inner examination.

In the framework of the convention, the ambassadors conduct summary of the process they have undergone since their joining to the organization and they prepare themselves for continuing their way as leaders in the Israeli society.

The main contemplation in this convention is the question of how it is possible to transform leadership into a way of life.
