Opening convention

The adrenalin….the energy…the excitement…The ambassadors who have been selected from all over the country, arrive at Kfar Ha'maccabia Hotel for three days loaded with experiences. During these three days of the convention, the ambassadors meet, listen, are heard by others, learn, laugh, dance and mainly commence to deal with the question of leadership.

In the framework of the convention, the ambassadors are introduced to the leaders of the business sector and leaders of the society of Israel. President Shimon Peres, Rabbi Meir Lau, Knesset member Ami Ayalon, former Chief of Staff, Major General (ret.) Moshe 'Bugi' Ye'elon, Uri Slonim, Ofra Strauss, Lonny Herzikowicz who are only a small part of the outstanding figures LEAD ambassadors have met so far.
