In the framework of our training program, every ambassador experiences practical leadership, via the initiation and founding of a project.
Learning the essence of leadership is accomplished by the experience gained. As early as the age of teenagers, the ambassadors accumulate experience in the "real world". Fund raising, managing people, working with governmental bodies- are just part of the tasks LEAD 's ambassadors face and succeed in.
The ambassadors' freedom of choice in this field is absolute.
Every ambassador picks the location, the field of interest and the manner in which he seeks to act upon. Along the work, the ambassador is required to express his/her range of abilities and by an individual development process he/she is taught how to excel and improve these abilities in order to reach further.
LEAD ambassadors succeed in surprising each time and carry out projects which reflect exceptional leadership abilities and fieldwork learning.
