Working in teams in LEAD has a significant role in the development of the ambassadors.
Once every two weeks the ambassadors get together in the framework of their team, in their living area.
The work of the team is guided by a professional instructor who accompanies each and every ambassador from the very beginning of the track. The instructors in LEAD are superb professionals with rich experience and expertise in processes of leadership development among the business, military and social sectors. |
