The training in LEAD reflects the belief that in order to develop leadership skills, the ambassadors should be enabled to experience and influence in various circles. Therefore, the training is conducted in three circles: conventions, work in regional teams and project initiation.  

The Conventions

LEAD basic training program consists of no less than seven conventions through the two years of program.
