Stage 1: Application- Fill in the online application form with your full name, phone number and Email.

Stage 2: Phone conversation- we will contact you, elaborate on the organization's activities, get to know you a bit better and schedule an interview.

Stage 3: Download CV form and personal details- once an interview is scheduled, you would be requested to download registration forms from our Website, to fill it in carefully and bring it to your interview. It is highly recommended to bring relevant

recommendations to the interview as well.

Sage 4: Interview- an interview with two to four professionals and LEAD ambassadors.

It is important to emphasize that chances of acceptance of applicants are equal and are not dependent on the manner of application submission.

There is no preference to those who arrive via a recommendation over those who independently apply.

It is possible to apply to LEAD via one of the following ways:

1)      "A friend brings a friend"- applicants who are recommended by an ambassador or alumni of LEAD.

2)      School recommendation- each year most of the high schools in Israel forward a list of students with high leadership potential.

3)      Self application- every 10^th grade student can apply.
