LEAD recognizes the great potential that lies within the young generation and believes that by encouraging and educating the youth and the young, this potential will be fulfilled in terms of meaningful achievements to the society. 

Our Goal
LEAD’s goal is to assist the community by revealing leadership potential skills among the young generation and to develop skills which will generate a young leadership that will lead our society towards a better future.
LEAD encourages its youth and the young ambassadors to develop leadership of critical, moral and courageous thinking, along with public and communal responsibility and vision, which commends the value of democracy.

Our Values
LEAD believes that every person is entitled to an equal opportunity in order to recognize and fulfill his potential.
LEAD equally treats all ambassadors who are selected, irrespective of religion, origin, political standing or gender.
LEAD seeks that nothing would stand between the goal and its fulfillment, including economic status.
